Can I change my order after placing it?
We understand that queens sometimes change their minds. Adjustments may be made before your order ships, such as cap size, parting style, or length selection.
When your crown has been dispatched, all sales are final due to hygiene and safety regulations.
To request an adjustment, please contact our Concierge Team immediately after placing your order: we’ll do our best to accommodate you before dispatch.
What is the shipping and processing time?
Each Haire Beautiful unit is hand-prepared, quality-inspected, and sanitized prior to dispatch.
• Processing Time: 2–4 business days for ready-to-ship units.
• Custom Units or Special Requests: 4-6 weeks

What does wig density mean and how do I choose mine?
Wig density determines fullness. We offer four luxurious density levels:
• Regular (130% - 150%) – Lightweight, everyday natural.

Can I color, tone, or style my wig?
Yes,all our units are made from donor hair, which can be heat-styled, toned, or professionally colored.
We recommend using a licensed stylist familiar with donor human hair systems to maintain the longevity and shine of your crown.
Always perform a strand test before applying bleach or dye.
What if I receive the wrong or defective item?
Each unit undergoes a triple-quality inspection before shipping.
In the rare event of a mix-up or factory defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos.
Our Concierge Team will review your case promptly and provide a resolution. (Please note: issues related to personal preference, density, or color tone variation do not qualify as defects.)
Are wigs returnable or refundable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, all wig sales become final once shipped.
However, we allow changes or cancellations before dispatch.
Each unit is brand-new, sanitized, and quality-checked to ensure every queen receives a flawless, untouched crown.
How do I wash and care for my donor hair or wig?
Queen’s Secret Care Ritual because real donor hair deserves royal treatment.
• Pre-Wash Prep
Before any water touches your hair, detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb, working from ends to roots. This preserves the integrity of each cuticle and keeps your strands aligned like silk.
• The Cleanse
Use a sulfate-free, moisture-rich shampoo. Treat it as a silk bath, not a deep scrub. Cleanse using soft, downward motions never circular rubbing to prevent tangling or matting.
• Condition Like Couture
Follow with a hydrating or reconstructive conditioner or mask. Allow it to sit for 10–15 minutes under mild heat or steam this is the secret to restoring that signature Bodye

• Rinse With Purpose
Always rinse in cool or lukewarm water. Hot water opens the cuticle; cool water seals in shine. This single step keeps luxury donor hair luminous for years.
• Drying Ritual
Gently pat (never rub) with a microfiber towel. Apply a light leave-in conditioner or serum think argan, macadamia, or silk protein oils. Air-dry when possible, or blow-dry on low heat only.
• Storage Secret
